江苏省无锡锁厂去年一季度主要技术经济指标全面下降,利润亏损近10万元,工业总产值下降58.5％。面对这种情况,锁厂领导正视困难,从振奋精神着手,广泛发动职工献计献策,紧紧依靠职工挖掘潜力。到10月份,各项指标全面回升,实现利润比上年同期增长58.3％,提前五个月完成了全年计划。该厂取得这样好的效果,出路就在于:依靠职工深挖潜,克服困难增效益。
In the first quarter of last year, key technical and economic indicators of Wuxi Lock Factory in Jiangsu Province dropped in full scale with a profit loss of nearly 100,000 yuan and a 58.5% drop in industrial output. Faced with this situation, the lock factory leadership face difficulties, from the exciting spirit, extensive mobilization of staff and workers to give suggestions, closely rely on the potential of workers to tap. By October, all indicators have been fully recovered, with profit growth of 58.3% over the same period of last year and the full year plan completed five months in advance. The plant achieved such good results, the way out lies: relying on workers to tap the potential to overcome the difficulties by increasing efficiency.
