本文报道制备和纯化HcG-β及α亚单位的一种简单改良方法。样品取自本实验室从孕妇尿中制备的HCG精制品(生物学活性10000iu±2000iu/mg)。用1M丙酸裂解,冷冻干燥。经SephadexG-100凝胶过滤,分离纯化得到纯HCG-β亚单位及HCG-α亚单位,经SDS-丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳分别为单一蛋白区带。
Here we report a simple and simple method to prepare and purify HcG-β and α subunits. Samples were taken from our laboratory HCG preparations prepared from the urine of pregnant women (biological activity 10000iu ± 2000iu / mg). Lysed with 1M propionic acid and lyophilized. The pure HCG-β subunit and HCG-α subunit were separated and purified by gel filtration on Sephadex G-100. The SDS-acrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis was a single protein band.
