The CPAFFC launched the "Programof Chinese International FriendshipVolunteers" in 2012. On July 18 thisyear， it joined with the Program'sorganizer， Zhongxie Human ResourceConsulting Center （Zhongxie HR）， tohold a departure ceremony for the firstbatch of volunteers in the Peace Palaceof the CPAFFC. Present were Xie Yuan，Vice President of the CPAFFC， GuoQuansheng， Director of the ZhongxieHR， and over 50 representativesfrom Hanban/ Confucius InstituteHeadquarters as well as the media.
