目的探讨p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法免疫组化结合组织微阵列检测p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白在48例非小细胞肺癌和9例非癌肺组织中的表达。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率均高于非癌肺组织(P<0.05,P<0.001);有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌组织中,p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌(P<0.05,P<0.01)。其他肺腺癌p-eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率明显高于肺鳞癌(P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌p-Mnk1蛋白的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌(P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌组织中,p-Mnk1与p-eIF4E蛋白呈显著正相关(r=0.514,P<0.01)。结论p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E共同表达可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移过程中起重要作用,可能成为非小细胞肺癌诊治新的分子靶标。
Objective To investigate the expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E proteins in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E proteins in 48 non-small cell lung cancer and 9 non-cancerous lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray. Results The positive rates of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in non-cancerous lung tissues (P <0.05, P <0.001). Among non-small cell lung cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis, The positive rate of p-eIF4E protein expression was higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05, P <0.01). The positive rates of p-eIF4E protein expression in other lung adenocarcinomas were significantly higher than those in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (P <0.01). The positive rates of p-Mnk1 protein expression in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer were higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ lung cancer ). There was a significant positive correlation between p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissues (r = 0.514, P <0.01). Conclusions The co-expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E may play an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer and may be a new molecular target for diagnosis and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
