港珠澳大桥跨越珠江口伶仃洋海域,是连接粤港澳的大型跨海通道,部分非通航孔桥预制墩台采用分离式胶囊柔性止水技术实现构件湿法安装。为减少海上作业时间、控制施工风险、响应装配化桥梁建设理念,钢套箱设计为整体装拆式结构;工程应用表明,钢套箱活动内撑满足安装拆除操作简便的施工需求;壁板设有消波孔有效减弱浪涌对结构体系造成的挠动;钢套箱与承台间GINA止水带可成功实现止水。
