许多研究者观察到硒可使肾汞浓度明显减低。但是,这种肾汞浓度的减低是硒增加了沉积于肾中汞的排泄,还是阻止汞在肾脏的蓄积,目前尚不清楚。作者为阐明此问题,进行了实验研究。选取10只雄性小鼠,静脉注射氯化汞(25μmol/kg),以后0、10、20、40、60、120、240分钟,各静脉注射硒酸盐(25μmol/kg),给药七天后,每天测量体重变化。
Many researchers have observed that selenium can significantly reduce the renal mercury concentration.
