研究了以 Ti(OC4 H9) 4 为催化剂 ,苯酚与碳酸二甲酯 (DMC)经酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯 (DPC)的工艺。在常压下 ,1 6 0~ 1 90℃ ,当 n(Ti(OC4 H9) 4 ∶ n(Ph OH) =0 .0 1 2∶ 1 ,n(Ph OH)∶ n(DMC) =4∶ 1 ,反应时间 8h,总转化率为 2 8.3% ,DPC的产率为 2 5 .3% ,碳酸甲苯酯 (MPC)的产率为 3.0 % ,产物中无苯甲醚 ,DPC的选择性为 89.4%。
The synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) by transesterification of phenol and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) with Ti (OC4H9) 4 as catalyst was studied. When n (Ti (OC4H9) 4: n (Ph OH) = 0.01 2: 1, n (Ph OH): n (DMC) = 4: 1, the reaction time was 8h, the total conversion rate was 23.3%, the yield of DPC was 25.3%, the yield of MPC was 3.0%, and there was no anisole in the product. The selectivity of DPC was 89.4%.
