利用微波消解ICP-OES法测定花色苷中的As和Pb

采用微波消解处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定花色苷中砷、铅的含量.结果表明:铅、砷的检出限分别为0.003mg/L和0.008mg/L,定量限分别为0.096mg/kg和0.25mg/kg;加标回收率为92.5%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值不大于1.64%.该法操作简便、快速,结果准确,适用于花色苷中铅、砷含量的快速测定. The contents of arsenic and lead in anthocyanins were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) using microwave digestion samples.The results showed that the detection limits of lead and arsenic were 0.003mg / L and 0.008mg / L, respectively , And the limit of quantitation were 0.096mg / kg and 0.25mg / kg, respectively.The spiked recoveries ranged from 92.5% to 110.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were no more than 1.64% .The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
