采取立法以及各种政策措施推动循环型经济社会的建设与发展,是国际上的重要实践之一。本文在概括国内外推动循环型社会发展动态以及实施立法活动的基础上,对我国正在开展的循环经济立法研究项目进行了系统介绍。阐述了我国循环经济立法研究的基本目标,我国循环经济的发展特征及立法所关注的关键问题,进一步总结了循环经济立法研究的主要内容。 It is an important international practice to adopt legislation and various policies and measures to promote the construction and development of a recycling economy and society. On the basis of summarizing the development of circular society at home and abroad as well as the implementation of legislative activities, this article systematically introduces the ongoing research project of circular economy legislation in our country. It elaborates the basic goal of legislation of circular economy in our country, the development characteristics of circular economy in our country and the key issues that the legislation pays attention to, and further summarizes the main contents of the legislative study of circular economy.
