关于苯中毒的研究,国内外已有大量的文献报导。近十余年来Browning、Snyder、尹松年等曾就慢性苯中毒的机理、临床诊断及治疗等方面的研究情况作过较全面的综述。Uyeki等的实验证明,苯引起血细胞减少与造血干细胞受抑有密切的关系。至于干细胞的增殖与成熟受抑是由于苯的直接抑制作用,抑或是苯对造血微环境的间接损害尚未见到报导。为探讨苯中毒再障的发病机理,阐明骨髓造血功能与骨髓微环境的关系,我们对苯中毒小鼠的骨髓微环境进行了活体观察研究。
About benzene poisoning research, there are a lot of literature at home and abroad. In the recent ten years, Browning, Snyder, Yin Songnian and others once made a comprehensive review of the research on the mechanism, clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic benzene poisoning. Experiments by Uyeki et al. Show that the benzene-induced cytopenias are closely related to the suppression of hematopoietic stem cells. The suppression of proliferation and maturation of stem cells has not been reported due to the direct inhibition of benzene or the indirect damage of benzene to the hematopoietic microenvironment. To explore the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia and elucidate the relationship between bone marrow hematopoietic function and bone marrow microenvironment, we investigated the bone marrow microenvironment of benzene poisoning mice in vivo.
