为了解当前初中数学教学的现状,全面推进素质教育。笔者在近一年多的时间里对所属四十多所初中的一百多位数学教师进行了听课调研。发现了一大批教学基本功过硬,肯钻研又能大胆改革创新的中青年优秀骨干教师,但当前初中数学教学中确也存在了不少问题。要真正焕发出课堂的活力,笔者反复思考后认为,应该从优化课堂教学这个角度着手,来提高效率,推进素质教育,即优化教学目标、优化教学环节。
In order to understand the current situation of junior high school mathematics teaching, to promote quality education in an all-round way. In the past year or so, the author conducted more than 100 math teachers in more than 40 junior high schools. Discovered a large number of young and middle-aged outstanding backbone teachers who are capable of teaching fundamental hard skills, willing to study and boldly reform and innovate, but there are indeed many problems in the current middle school mathematics teaching. To really glow the vitality of the classroom, the author repeatedly thought that should be from the perspective of optimizing classroom teaching to improve efficiency and promote quality education, that is, to optimize the teaching objectives and optimize teaching links.
