目的:优选乌苏里瓦韦中绿原酸的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,选取料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取时间为自变量,绿原酸提取量为响应值,根据Box-Benhnken试验设计原理,利用响应面分析法优化乌苏里瓦韦中绿原酸的醇提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加68倍量75%乙醇提取2次,每次41 min;绿原酸提取量达8.26 mg·g-1,与理论预测值8.47mg·g-1偏差较小。结论:醇提法与传统工艺比较,具有提取率高、能耗少、时间短和低成本等特点。优选的工艺稳定可行,为乌苏里瓦韦的工业化生产提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid from Wusulivawe. Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment, the ratio of solid to liquid, the volume of ethanol, the extraction time were taken as independent variables and the extraction amount of chlorogenic acid was the response value. According to the Box-Benhnken experimental design principle, response surface analysis Waval chlorogenic acid alcohol extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction process was 68 times the amount of 75% ethanol extraction twice, each 41 min; chlorogenic acid extraction amount of 8.26 mg · g-1, and the theoretical prediction of 8.47mg · g-1 deviation is small. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional process, alcohol extraction has the characteristics of high extraction rate, less energy consumption, short time and low cost. The preferred process is stable and feasible, providing a reference for the industrialization of Wusuliwewa.
