我院1987年6月至1993年10月共施行前列腺手术513例,其中经尿道前列腺电切术(TuRP)389例,经膀胱前列腺摘除术(TVP)124例。为探讨TuRP的优缺点及适应症,对TuRP与TVP两组同期病例治疗情况总结比较。1 临床资料 耻骨上前列腺摘除术组(TVP)124例,占24％(124/513)。年龄58～88岁,平均65.9岁。其中71岁以上38例,占30.6％(38/124)。出现尿潴留25例,占20.1％(25/124)。其中作耻骨上膀胱造瘘或留置尿管23例。
In our hospital from June 1987 to October 1993 a total of 513 cases of prostate surgery, including transurethral resection of the prostate (TuRP) 389 cases, 124 cases of transurethral resection (TVP). To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of TuRP and indications, the treatment of patients with TuRP and TVP two groups were summarized. 1 clinical data suprapubic prostatectomy group (TVP) 124 cases, accounting for 24% (124/513). Age 58 to 88 years old, average 65.9 years old. Among them, 38 cases were over 71 years old, accounting for 30.6% (38/124). Urine retention occurred in 25 cases, accounting for 20.1% (25/124). Including suprapubic bladder fistula or indwelling catheter in 23 cases.
