目的 :对中药水煎液的常用精制方法进行比较研究 ,以评价各种方法的优劣。方法 :用醇沉法、超滤法、澄清剂法、大孔树脂法分别对淫羊藿、黄芩汤等单味药和复方的水提液进行分离、纯化 ,并用HPLC及其他方法对其单味药和复方中的指标成分及多糖、蛋白质进行定量测定和定性鉴别。结果 :4种分离纯化技术各有其优点。结论 :需根据临床治疗的需要、药物的化学成分及所需制备剂型的要求选择不同的分离和纯化方法
Objective: To compare and research the commonly used refining methods of traditional Chinese medicine decoction to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. METHODS: Alcohol precipitation, ultrafiltration, clarifiers, and macroporous resin were used to separate and purify the single herb and compound aqueous extracts of Epimedium and Radix Astragali, respectively, and they were separated by HPLC and other methods. The quantitative determination and qualitative identification of the index components, polysaccharides, and proteins in the herb and compound. Results : The four separation and purification technologies have their own advantages. Conclusion : Different separation and purification methods should be selected according to the needs of clinical treatment, the chemical composition of the drug and the requirements for the preparation of the required dosage form
