微软挖走摩托罗拉全球副总兼中国总裁陈永正,外界对此的共识是微软主要看中陈永正的政府公关能力。这个判断虽不全面,但有一定道理。与此同时,人们自然会质疑:公关真能解决微软的问题吗?这个问题还可以转化为另一个问题。许多人,包括陈永正可能也很疑惑:为什么摩托罗拉每年在中国挣60多亿美元都没有非议,而微软每年只不过挣2亿美元,就遭遇如此持续不断的抨击?
