本文报道用He-Ne激光微束照射单个亚甲蓝敏化的HeLa细胞后,在短时间内观察到的光动力学效应.用不同的照射剂量获得“急性损伤”、“慢性损伤”和“弱性损伤”效应三种情况的实验结果,并进行了分析讨论.
本工作根据Jndd-Ofelt理论,利用28个吸收光谱支项,19组方程计算了实验与理论振子强度,均方根偏差仅为1.9×10~(-7).用最小二乘法拟合实验与理论振子强度所得到的三个Ω_λ唯像强度参数为:Ω_2-0.19×10~(20)cm~2;Ω_4=1.68×10~(-20)cm~2;Ω_6=0.62×10~(-2)cm~2.然后,计算了自发辐射电偶和磁偶跃迁几率,辐射寿命,荧光分支比与各激发态的辐射电偶和磁偶振子强度.并示出了0.3~0.2μm波段内的荧光光谱.

针对雷达微动手势识别中的回波信噪比低、数据量大、特征可解释性差的问题,提出了一种基于随机森林的超宽带雷达微动手势识别系统。微动手势雷达截面积小,进而导致信噪比低、正向特征模糊等问题。针对这些问题,采用聚类算法提取回波主向量并构建多项式特征,以减少冗余数据,提高手势回波信噪比。对于训练过程中特征图谱可解释性破坏的问题,采用随机森林可视化特征贡献率并以此选择特征应用于模型。实验结果表明,在不同底噪的回波信号下,该算法相比于其他算法具有更好的识别性能,这验证了算法的有效性。
