教育心理学认为智力因素与非智力因素相比,非智力因素往往是起决定性作用。非智力因素是指与认识过程没有直接相关的情感、意志、兴趣、性格、需要、动机、目标、抱负、信念、世界观等方面。在信息技术教学过程中,利用和培养好学生的非智力因素,并充分地利用好非智力因素的动力作用、定向作用、巩固作用和弥补作用,在课堂教学中设计“创设情境--任务驱动--师生讨论--效果评价--归纳汇总”的教学模式,从感情上接近学生,引发兴趣、增强信心,让学生主动地构建新知识结构,给教学工作带来了巨大的喜乐与收获。
