唐诗是我国文学史上一颗璀璨的明珠,唐诗及其翻译在世界文坛上也是久享盛誉。本文从一首家喻户晓的唐诗《春晓》的英译着手,以翻译美学观切入汉诗英译研究,对十四位译者的十五种译本进行了比较分析。本文旨在阐明:诗歌翻译虽属文学翻译,但又不等同于普通文学翻译;只有遵循并将更完善、更系统的翻译美学理论付诸于实践,诗歌翻译才能做得至臻至美。
Tang poetry is a bright pearl in the history of Chinese literature. Tang poetry and its translation also enjoyed a long-standing reputation in the world literary world. This article begins with the well-known English translation of Chun Xiao, a translation of aesthetics from the perspective of translation aesthetics, and compares and analyzes fifteen versions of fourteen translators. The purpose of this paper is to clarify that although poetry translation belongs to literary translation, it is not equivalent to ordinary literary translation. Only by following and improving a more complete and systematic theory of translation aesthetics can poetry translation be accomplished to the utmost.
