通过机械合金化制备了Cu-Cr合金粉末,采用粉末冶金法制备了Cu-Cr-C复合材料。改变合金含量,探讨了复合材料的密度、硬度、抗弯强度、电阻率以及显微组织的变化情况。结果表明,随着铬含量的增加,复合材料的密度和抗弯强度先增大后减小,硬度逐渐升高。
Cu-Cr alloy powders were prepared by mechanical alloying and Cu-Cr-C composites were prepared by powder metallurgy. The alloy content was changed, and the density, hardness, flexural strength, resistivity and microstructure of the composites were also discussed. The results showed that with the increase of chromium content, the density and flexural strength of the composites first increased and then decreased, and the hardness increased gradually.
