目的 观察健康飞行员的胃电活动特征并与普通自愿者比较。 方法 随机选择健康体检飞行员 10名和健康普通自愿者 10名。先记录空腹胃电 30 m in,进试验餐后再记录餐后胃电 30 m in。用谱分析方法计算胃电参数。 结果 飞行员餐前后胃电主频率与普通自愿者无差别 ;飞行员餐后餐前胃电主功率比值和空腹状态正常胃电慢波百分比明显高于普通自愿者 (P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1) ;飞行员餐前胃电主频率不稳定系数 (DFIC)和主功率不稳定系数 (DPIC)均明显低于普通自愿者 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 健康飞行员胃电活动的主功率和正常胃电节律明显增加。提示在评价飞行员胃电活动时其正常参考值可能要相应改变。
Objective To observe the characteristics of gastric electrical activity in healthy pilots and compare with normal volunteers. Methods 10 randomly selected health examination pilots and 10 general health volunteers. First recorded fasting gastrodin 30 m in, into the test meal and then recorded postprandial gastrocnemius 30 m in. Gastric parameters were calculated by spectral analysis. Results There was no difference in the main frequency of EGG between pilots and normal volunteers before and after meal. The percentage of postprandial main power of postprandial gastroscope and the percentage of normal gastric motility slow wave in fasting group were significantly higher than those in normal volunteers (P <0.05 and P < 0. 01). The pilot instability coefficient (DFIC) and main power instability coefficient (DPIC) of meals before meal were significantly lower than those of ordinary volunteers (P <0.01 and P <0.05) . Conclusion The main power and normal gastric electrical rhythm of gastric electrical activity in healthy pilots are significantly increased. It is suggested that the normal reference value may be changed when evaluating pilots’ electrical activity.
