由以学历教育为主向学历教育和任职教育并重的转变是森林公安民警任职教育发展的必由之路。森林公安民警任职教育以学历教育为基础,以岗位任职需求为牵引,以能力培养为本位,是学历教育的延续和补充,是森林公安工作发展的内在要求。任职教育与学历教育在培训对象、培训目标、教学内容、授课要求和管理方式等方面都有着较大的区别。要顺利实现学历教育向任职教育的转型,必须紧紧抓住教育理念的转变、教学的创新、考核方式的变革等关键环节。
It is the only way for the development of forest police to serve education in education that the academic education should be given equal priority to academic education and post employment education. The education of serving the public security of the police is based on academic education, taking the job requirements as the traction and ability training as the continuation and supplement of academic education, which are the inherent requirements of the development of public security in the forest. On-the-job education and academic education in the training of objects, training objectives, teaching content, teaching requirements and management methods are quite different. To successfully accomplish the transition from academic education to vocational education, we must seize the key links such as the transformation of educational philosophy, the innovation of teaching and the transformation of the assessment methods.
