提出了计算模具型腔压强随排气时间变化的数学模型,探讨了影响型腔压强的工艺因素。结果表明,随着排气面积的增大,排气槽的排气能力逐渐提高;随着泄漏面积的增大,其最终的平衡压强会增大;随着型腔体积的增加,型腔压强下降的速度变慢;随着负压罐体积的增大及压强的减小,抽真空效率提高。
A mathematical model to calculate the variation of mold cavity pressure with the evacuation time is proposed and the technological factors that affect the cavity pressure are discussed. The results show that as the exhaust area increases, the exhaust capacity of the exhaust groove gradually increases. As the leakage area increases, the final equilibrium pressure increases. With the increase of the cavity volume, the cavity pressure The rate of decline slows down; as the negative pressure tank volume increases and the pressure decreases, evacuation efficiency increases.
