[目的]研究肉苁蓉高产稳产的栽培技术。[方法]在实地测试和试验的基础上,分析不同种植模式、接种方法、接种技术对管花肉苁蓉接种率的影响,筛选出肉苁蓉高产稳产的最佳栽培模式。[结果]最佳栽培模式是株行距0.7×3(m×m)或1×1×3(m×m×m)的宽窄行造林模式,接种深度为60~70 cm,水平距离为20~30 cm,种子纯度>70%、成熟度>90%;最佳接种期为每年的3~6月。[结论]接种方法、接种距离、接种时间、定植模式对管花肉苁蓉接种成活率都有影响,而且接种成活率与不同的接种深度、灌水截止期也有着密切的关系。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the cultivation technology of Cistanche deserticola with high and stable yield. [Method] Based on the field test and experiment, the effects of different planting modes, inoculation methods and inoculation techniques on the inoculation rate of Cistanche tubulosa were analyzed, and the best cultivation mode of Cistanche tubulosa with high and stable yield was screened out. [Result] The best planting pattern was a narrow and narrow afforestation model with a row spacing of 0.7 × 3 (m × m) or 1 × 1 × 3 (m × m × m). The inoculation depth was 60 ~ 70 cm and the horizontal distance was 20 ~ 30 cm, seed purity> 70%, maturity> 90%. The best inoculation period is from March to June every year. [Conclusion] The inoculation method, the inoculation distance, the inoculation time and the colonization mode all had an impact on the survival rate of Cistanche tubulosa inoculation, and the inoculation survival rate was also closely related to different inoculation depth and irrigation deadline.
