目的:探讨在牙齿缺失行种植引导骨再生患者中应用不同口腔修复膜材料的临床效果。方法:2012年4月-2014年4月收治牙齿缺失行种植引导骨再生患者200例(共计200颗牙),将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用不可吸收膜材料(肽膜)进行种植修复,观察组使用可吸收膜材料(海奥修复膜)进行种植修复。观察两组患者的牙齿修复效果,以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的种植修复成功率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),患者种植修复后植骨高度和成骨厚度明显大于对照组,并发症发生率(9.0%)明显低于对照组(19.0%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在牙齿缺失行种植引导骨再生患者中应用可吸收修复膜进行治疗,能够提高修复成功率,降低并发症的发生,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effect of different oral repair materials in implanting bone regeneration patients with missing teeth. METHODS: From April 2012 to April 2014, 200 cases of implant-guided bone regeneration (total of 200 teeth) were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was implanted with a non-absorbable membrane material (peptide membrane) for repair. The observation group was implanted with absorbable membrane material (Hydrogel) for implant repair. The effect of dental restoration and the complication of the two groups were observed. Results: The success rate of implant repair in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.0%) (80.0%). The bone graft height and osteogenesis thickness were significantly larger in the observation group than in the control group. The incidence of complications (9.0%) was significantly lower The control group (19.0%) was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of absorbable repair membrane in the treatment of implant-guided bone regeneration in patients with missing teeth can improve the success rate of repair and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
