目的评价标准化不良情绪自我管理团体训练对提高大学生自我效能的有效性,为减少大学生不良情绪、提高自我效能提供依据。方法选取杭州万向职业技术学院国际贸易专业大二学生200人,随机分为干预组和对照组各100人,对干预组进行标准化不良情绪自我管理团体训练,为时5周,每周1次。2组学生在入组时和6个月后分别完成应付方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)以及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估。结果干预6个月后,干预组成熟型应付方式评分、家庭外支持评分、一般自我效能感评分均高于对照组,干预组不成熟型应付方式评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论标准化不良情绪自我管理团体训练能有效改善大学生应对方式和社会支持,减少不良情绪发生,提高大学生自我效能。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of standardized bad emotion self-management group training to improve the self-efficacy of undergraduates, and to provide basis for reducing the bad emotions and self-efficacy of undergraduates. Methods A total of 200 sophomore students majoring in International Trade at Hangzhou Wanxiang Vocational and Technical College were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 100 students each. The intervention group was trained in standardized bad emotion self-management group for five weeks and once a week . Two groups of students completed questionnaires of coping style, perceived social support scale (PSSS) and general self-efficacy scale (GSES) assessment at enrollment and 6 months later. Results After intervention for 6 months, the scores of coping styles, out-of-home support scores and general self-efficacy scores in intervention group were higher than those in control group. The score of immature coping style in intervention group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Standardized bad emotion self-management group training can effectively improve the coping style and social support of undergraduates, reduce the occurrence of bad emotions and improve the self-efficacy of college students.
