对有限元资源安全共享和有效集成问题,提出了基于Portlet和Globus工具包GT4的有限元分析网格门户系统框架.通过整合门户层和基于网格安全基础设施(GSI)的网格服务层安全技术,实现了门户系统层次化的安全认证机制;利用网格资源配置和管理服务(GRAM)及层次化调度技术建立了作业管理方法;采用监视和发现服务(MDS)的信息聚合及网格监视软件Ganglia的资源信息采集功能,提出了信息管理结构;分析了基于GridSphere容器的Portlet组件开发原理.有限元分析网格门户原型系统开发和应用表明:基于Portlet的系统组件具有标准化、可复用以及开发效率高的优点,门户系统具有良好的扩展性和可移植性.
In this paper, we propose a finite element analysis grid portal system framework based on portlet and Globus toolkit GT4 for the secure sharing and effective integration of finite element resources.Through the integration of portal layer and grid service layer security based on Grid Security Infrastructure (GSI) Technology to realize the hierarchical security authentication mechanism of the portal system. The method of job management is established by using GRAM and hierarchical scheduling technology. The information aggregation and grid monitoring by using the monitoring and discovery service (MDS) Software Ganglia’s resource information collection function, proposes the information management structure and analyzes the principle of developing Portlet components based on the GridSphere container.The development and application of the finite element analysis grid portal prototype system show that the portlet-based system components are standardized, reusable and The advantages of high development efficiency, portal system has good scalability and portability.
