对小型Cr4 + ∶YAG被动调Q重频热传导自然冷却 (Nd ,Ce) :YAG激光器进行了理论与实验研究。采用氙灯泵浦 ,注入能量 3.6~ 4 .8J ,实现重频 (2~ 5pps)单脉冲能量输出 10~ 15mJ ,最大单脉冲输出能量 2 5mJ ,脉宽 6~ 12ns ,对应的静态能量输出 2 0~ 30mJ ,动静比达 50 % ,实现了器件的小型化和工程化 ,器件工作的环境温度范围达 +6 0℃~ - 4 0℃ ,可用于机载激光测距。
The theoretical and experimental studies on small Cr4 +: YAG passively Q-switched heavy-frequency heat-conducting, naturally-cooled (Nd, Ce): YAG lasers were carried out. Using a xenon lamp pump, energy 3.6 ~ 4.8J is injected to achieve single pulse energy output of 10 ~ 15mJ with repetition frequency (2~5pps), maximum single pulse output energy of 25mJ and pulse width of 6 ~ 12ns, corresponding static energy output of 20 ~ 30mJ, the static / static ratio reaches 50%, which realizes the miniaturization and engineering of the device. The ambient temperature range of the device is up to +60 ~ -400 ℃, which can be used for airborne laser ranging.
