在航卫工作中坚持以正规求质量的思路，才能做好高性能战斗机部队的航卫保障。我部根据《２０００年空军应急机动作战部队建设规划》的要求，着眼应急机动作战部队与高性能机种的特点，坚持以正规求质量的路子，下功夫抓好航空卫生工作的正规化建设，有力地促进了航卫保障工作质量的提高。每次参加重大演习任务，飞行人员的健康出勤率都在９９．５％以上。我们的做法是：针对高性能机种信息广、航程远、Ｇ值大且作用时间长的特点及应急机动作战部队的要求高、任务重、时间紧、环境复杂等特殊情况，认真学习上级关于航卫工作的指示、要求，紧紧围绕航卫保障工作抓正规化的意义，实现航卫工作保障有力，为增强部队战斗力多做贡献等方面进行讨论，提高认识。抓好航卫保障工作正规化，一是应急机动作战部队的特殊任务的迫切要求；二是满足新装备的迫切要求；三是繁重的飞行训练任务和频繁的演习的迫切要求。要实现航卫工作保障有力的目标，只有从正规化建设入手，才能确保航卫保障工作质量。

According to the requirements of the “2000 Air Force Emergency Mobilization Corps Construction Plan”, I focused on the characteristics of emergency mobile combat units and high-performance aircraft, adhered to the principle of seeking for a better quality, and worked hard to standardize the aviation health work. Effectively promoted the improvement of the quality of navigation and security work. Each time a major exercise to participate in the task, the health attendance of pilots are above 99.5%. Our approach is: for high-performance models of wide information, long range, large G value and the role of a long time characteristics and the requirements of emergency mobile combat troops, heavy tasks, tight schedule, complicated environment and other special circumstances, to seriously study the higher level The directives and requirements for aviation and air defense work closely discussed the significance of regularizing the work of safeguarding the air navigation and defense, the guarantee of the security work of the aviation and air defense, and the contribution made to making more contributions to enhancing the combat effectiveness of the military. To do a good job in regularizing the work of safeguarding navigation and defense, one is the urgent requirement of the special task of the emergency mobile combat troops; the second is to meet the urgent requirements of the new equipment; the third is the urgent requirement of the heavy flight training mission and frequent exercises. In order to achieve the goal of safeguarding the work of aviation and sanitation, only by starting with the normalization of construction can we ensure the quality of navigation and security work.
