本文测定分析了生长在5月、6月、7月间苦苣菜与苣荬菜中氨基酸的含量。结果表明:生长在5月间的苦苣菜与生长在6月间的苣荬菜中多种氨基酸含量最高,与小青麻叶等7种常见蔬菜相比,苦苣菜、苣荬菜中多种氨基酸、必需和半必需氨基酸含量均高。提示:苦苣菜、苣荬菜是1种很有开发与利用价值的野生资源及植物蛋白供给体。
In this paper, we measured and analyzed the amino acid content in both Sonchus and Lettuce in May, June and July. The results showed that the content of amino acids in the two plants was higher than that in the other seven common vegetables such as Xiaoqing hemp leaf, A variety of amino acids, both essential and semi-essential amino acids are high. Tip: Sonchi, Chicory is a very development and utilization of wild resources and plant protein suppliers.
