为了解决当前农产品储运控制系统存在布线复杂、功耗大、灵活性差等问题,该文构建了一种结合嵌入式技术、无线传感器网络技术和3G技术的设计方案。系统以CC2530为核心开发无线传感器网络节点,完成环境的实时监测,基于ARM CortexTM-A8和嵌入式Linux操作系统构建嵌入式网关,采用嵌入式数据库管理模式完成传感器节点的控制、环境数据的收发、实时数据的显示和存储、现场设备的控制。通过控制数据采样间隔,节点休眠等低功耗措施来降低系统功耗。初步测试表明该系统具有测点多、功耗低、组网灵活、可扩展性强的优点,能够较好地满足农产品储运的应用需求。
In order to solve the problems of complex control system, large power consumption and poor flexibility of agricultural storage and transportation control system, this paper constructs a design scheme combining embedded technology, wireless sensor network technology and 3G technology. The system uses the CC2530 as the core to develop wireless sensor network nodes to complete the real-time monitoring of the environment, build an embedded gateway based on ARM CortexTM-A8 and embedded Linux operating system, and uses embedded database management mode to complete the control of sensor nodes, send and receive of environmental data, Real-time data display and storage, field device control. By controlling the data sampling interval, node sleep and other low-power measures to reduce system power consumption. Preliminary tests show that the system has the advantages of more measurement points, lower power consumption, flexible networking and scalability, which can better meet the application requirements of storage and transportation of agricultural products.
