在“扬州八怪”中名声最响的郑板桥,一生擅绘兰竹菊,尤其以画竹名世,在中国美术史上作墨一染,地位超然。同时郑板桥的书法也颇具造诣,世称“六分半书”。时过境迁,板桥存世真迹而今无不皆为画中瑰宝,多被国家各级博物馆收藏,被视为珍藏。即便偶在拍场一露真身,也必然引得一次场面宏大的争夺,稀贵与否,可见一斑。郑板桥传世画作多以兰竹菊图题材居多,然兰竹菊三者同绘于一幅画面是为少见,而在仅存的“麟角”里,却有着两幅构图、内容、款识等几乎完全一样的“国家馆藏”——故宫博物院藏《兰竹菊图》、济南博物馆藏《墨竹图》,从笔墨字迹来看,两幅作品非出一人之手,同为真迹的可能性微乎其微,但问题在于:究竟哪一幅才是板桥真迹呢?
