影响气井携液能力敏感性因素分析

我国已经开发的气田大多数为低孔、低渗的弱弹性水驱气藏。在数十年来对低孔、低渗含水气藏开发实践证明,气井积液对气井的生产和寿命有很大影响,尤其是在气田开发中后期的低压气井生产和寿命影响极大。因此,安排合理的生产制度以及对气井积液的诊断显得尤为重要。通过对Turner携液理论和国内外其他学者排水采气理论研究,另参考了大量现场生产数据,研究发现气井的携液能力与油管尺寸成反比,与井口压力成反比,另外携液能力还与临界流速、气液比以和温度有关。通过对影响气井携液能力敏感性因素的分析对比,可以对影响气井携液能力有更清楚的认识。有助于安排合理生产制度,使气井产层流入和油管产出工作相协调。到开发后期及时调整开开制度,预防积液,最终获得较高的采气速度和采收率。 Most of the gas fields that have been developed in China are low-porosity and low-permeability weak elastic water-purging gas reservoirs. In recent decades, the development of low-porosity and low-permeability water-bearing gas reservoirs has proven that gas well fluid has great influence on gas well production and life expectancy, especially in the production and life span of low-pressure gas wells in the middle and late gas field development. Therefore, to arrange a reasonable production system and the diagnosis of gas wells is particularly important. Through the study of Turner liquid carrying theory and domestic and foreign researchers’ drainage gas production theory, a large number of field production data are also referenced. It is found that the carrying capacity of gas well is inversely proportional to the pipe size and inversely proportional to the wellhead pressure. Critical flow rate, gas-liquid ratio and the temperature. By analyzing and comparing the sensitivity factors that affect the carrying capacity of the gas well, it is possible to have a clearer understanding of the gas carrying capacity of the gas well. It helps to arrange a reasonable production system so as to coordinate the inflow of gas wells with the production of tubing. To the late development of the timely adjustment of the open system to prevent fluid, and ultimately get higher gas recovery and recovery rate.
