吸附制氮机采用分子筛变压吸附原理工作。当干燥洁净的压缩空气从吸附塔下方流入 ,在稳速上升过程中 ,氧气首先被碳分子吸附 ,氮气从上部流出。动态吸附过程中 ,从控制上及时终止进气 ,然后均压、放空及反吹 ,使吸附氧气脱附 ,然后开始下一轮吸附过程。这里 ,采用可编程控制器
Adsorption nitrogen using molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption principle. When dry and clean compressed air flows in from the bottom of the adsorption tower, oxygen is first adsorbed by carbon molecules and nitrogen flows out from the upper part during a steady rise. Dynamic adsorption process, the timely termination of control from the intake, and then pressure, venting and backflush, the desorption of adsorbed oxygen, and then start the next round of adsorption process. Here, using programmable logic controller
