技术创新网络治理是维持网络稳定及促进网络中知识信息流畅运行的核心问题,但现有文献在研究其构成及影响路径方面相对缺乏。文章基于非契约治理中核心要素并从跨层级视角出发,将创新网络分为网络层级、二元合作层级及企业层级,并运用HLM分析方法研究位于不同层级的结构机制、关系机制及学习机制自上而下的影响作用。结果表明,二元关系机制互惠规范在宏观文化和信息共享间存在中介作用更强,共同信任在伙伴声誉和知识转移共生间存在中介作用更强;同时,二元学习机制在二元关系机制与企业学习机制间也存在类似中介作用。通过本文的研究,有助于网络成员利用不同机制通过更有效的治理路径促进治理目标的实现,为创新网络中存在于不同层级的治理机制选择,提升企业持续创新能力及竞争优势的获得提供理论支持。
Technological innovation Network governance is the core issue to maintain the stability of the network and to promote the smooth operation of knowledge and information in the network. However, the existing literature lacks relatively in terms of its composition and impact path. Based on the core elements of non-contractual governance and from the perspective of cross-level, the article divides the innovation network into network level, binary cooperation level and enterprise level, and studies the structural mechanisms, the relational mechanisms and the learning mechanisms at different levels using the HLM method Top-down impact. The results show that the reciprocal norm of binary relation mechanism has a stronger intermediary role in macroscopical culture and information sharing, and the mutual trust has stronger intermediary role in partner symbiosis and knowledge transfer symbiosis. At the same time, There is also a similar intermediary role between business learning mechanisms. Through the research in this article, it is helpful for members of the network to use different mechanisms to promote the realization of governance goals through more effective governance paths, to provide theory for the selection of governance mechanisms at different levels in innovation networks, and to enhance the sustainable innovation capability and access to competitive advantage of enterprises stand by.
