为评价河南烤烟常规化学成分特点及其适宜性,对河南主产烟区烤烟样品的常规化学成分进行分析。根据烤烟常规化学成分适宜性评价和聚类分析结果表明:河南烤烟常规化学成分存在着广泛的变异,糖碱比的变异系数为41.76%,钾含量的变异系数为17.05%;烤烟总糖、总氮、烟碱、钾、氯含量和氮碱比的适宜性较好,还原糖含量和钾氯比的适宜性较差;不同烟区烤烟常规化学成分适宜性指数的大小依次为卢氏>襄城>内乡>临颍>济源>方城>汝阳>郏县>灵宝;基于烤烟常规化学成分的聚类分析,将河南烤烟样品分为2类。
In order to evaluate the characteristics of conventional chemical components and their suitability of Henan flue-cured tobacco, the routine chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples from the main producing areas of Henan were analyzed. According to the chemical constituents suitability evaluation and clustering analysis of flue-cured tobacco, the results showed that the general chemical components of Henan flue-cured tobacco varied widely, the coefficient of variation of the ratio of sugar to base was 41.76% and the coefficient of variation of potassium content was 17.05% Nitrogen, nicotine, potassium, chlorine and nitrogen-to-alkali ratio of the appropriate suitability, reducing sugar content and potassium to chlorine ratio of the appropriateness of the poor; conventional tobacco in different areas of conventional chemical composition suitability index were Lushi> City> Neixiang> Linying> Jiyuan> Fangcheng> Ruyang> Pixian> Lingbao. Based on the cluster analysis of the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco, Henan flue-cured tobacco samples were divided into two categories.
