我校本着“独立自主,自力更生”的原则,试制成一台光电黑度计。该仪器是专为采用组织放射自摄影法研究放射性物质在动物组织器官中分布、蓄积情况而设计制作的。主要用于测定组织放射自摄影胶片的黑度。最小测量面积可达0.5毫米,适用于对组织器官微细结构中的放射性物质进行定量测定。如采用胶片法进行放射性防护时,也可应用此仪器对胶片黑度进行测定。在工业上亦可用于测定金相法放射自摄影的胶片。
