满蒙联合是清代政治的重要内容,也是清廷巩固统治稳固北疆的保证,但是,蒙古毕竟居于清廷统治之下,既与清廷有很多共同的利益,也有很多矛盾和摩擦。清廷对于蒙古是离不开却又不放心,于是采取软硬兼施的办法予以加强,军事驻防则是其硬办法中的主要措施。前人关于这一方面的研究已经有一些成果,但尚罕见将清代蒙古内部不同地区的军事驻防政策与情况的对比性研究,今笔者尝试将这一领域的已有研究成果进行整理,以期为这一领域的继续研究做一 The integration of Manchu and Mongolian is an important part of the politics of the Qing Dynasty. The predecessors’ research on this aspect has some achievements, but it is still rare to compare the military garrison policies and situations in different regions of Mongolia in the Qing Dynasty.
