随着我国科学技术的不断进步,航天军事工业取得的成绩显著。我国高等院校开设的探测制导与控制技术专业的培养方向就是“航天器控制”。在这个领域的教学中为了强化学生在专业领域的发展前景和创新能力,扎实数理力学基础,融应用数学和近代分析力学的课程内容,而且在工程实验能力、解决工程问题能力方面着重培养,强化理工融合的教育理念,对我国培养创新型航天科技人才具有重大作用。随着高校教学改革的深入,强化师资队伍建设是探测制导与控制技术专业人才培养、专业建设的必由之路,本文从探测制导与控制技术专业课程体系设计、教学内容的更新、师资队伍建设、学生实践及参与科研和科技创新活动等方面对“航天器控制理论与方法”专业方向培养方案和教学团队建设进行探讨。
