图书馆员的素质直接决定了图书馆的服务质量,以及图书馆的未来的发展。加强图书馆员的素质建设,是图书馆适应新时期要求的决定性因素,是建设现代化图书馆的关键。为此,本人针对新时期图书馆员应具备的素质进行探讨。
The quality of librarians directly determines the service quality of the library and the future development of the library. Strengthening the construction of librarians’ quality is the decisive factor for the library to adapt to the requirements of the new era and is the key to building a modern library. Therefore, I discuss the qualities that librarians should have in the new era.
