某检修单位拟制和试验了剪断6—8毫米直径金属线扎线的工具。工具制造简单,使用方便、安全,重量轻,尺寸小。工具(见图)由下列主要部件组成:壳体1,其上固定着带可伸缩的手柄6的双活塞泵5;带固定刀片10的刀架2。刀架安装和固定在工具的壳体上。杆状刃3装在碗状活塞7上。杆状刃用工具钢制造,杆的一端铣成弧形,成为剪切的第二个切削面。把手4为工具的油箱,其储油可供工具正常工作之用。把手(油箱)的罩子作透气阀用。盖板9导引杆状刃的移动并承受剪断扎线时产生的轴向力。为使杆状刃在剪切完成后退回原来的位置,备有弹簧8(此时用切换阔11将油放出)。工具的工作顺序如下:将刀架2的凹口放入电杆与帮柱之间的空隙,工具挂在扎线上。用左手握住近把手4处,掀动手柄6,使双活塞泵5动作。此时油从油箱4流入推动碗状活塞7的压力腔,进行扎线的剪切。为使杆状刃回到原来的位置,必须使压力腔与油箱连通,为此,可拧开切换阀11 2—3转。在弹簧作用下,杆状刃回到原来的位置。

The working sequence of the tool is as follows: Insert the notch of the knife holder 2 into the gap between the pole and the support column, and the tool is hung on the binding line. With the left hand grip near the handle 4, tilting the handle 6, so that double piston pump 5 action. At this time, the oil flows from the fuel tank 4 into the pressure chamber for pushing the bowl-shaped piston 7 to cut the tie wire. In order to return the rod-shaped blade to its original position, the pressure chamber must be connected to the fuel tank. To this end, the switching valve 11 can be unscrewed. Under spring action, the rod returns to its original position.
