目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病对母婴健康的影响。方法对41例GDM孕妇和31例非GDM孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析。对比妊娠糖尿病组、正常对照组的妊娠并发症及新生儿等方面差异,分析相关原因。结果两组孕妇比较,GDM组妊娠高血压疾病5例,羊水过多10例,酮症酸中毒9例;对照组妊娠高血压疾病1例,羊水过多3例,酮症酸中毒0例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组围产儿比较,GDM组胎膜早破6例,胎儿宫内窘迫6例死胎4例,新生儿高胆红素血11例,早产儿6例,巨大儿l2例,新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征3例;对照组胎膜早破1例,胎儿宫内窘迫2例,死胎0例,新生儿高胆红素血2例,早产儿2例,巨大儿1例,新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征1例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妊娠期糖尿病对母婴健康有一定的影响,早期综合干预,降低妊娠期糖尿病发生率,改善母婴健康状况,更好的改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy complicated with diabetes on maternal and infant health. Methods The clinical data of 41 pregnant women with GDM and 31 pregnant women without GDM were retrospectively analyzed. Contrast gestational diabetes mellitus, normal control group of pregnancy complications and neonatal differences, analysis of related causes. Results In the two groups of pregnant women, there were 5 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension, 10 cases of polyhydramnios and 9 cases of ketoacidosis in the GDM group. In the control group, 1 case of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, 3 cases of polyhydramnios, 0 cases of ketoacidosis, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Two groups of perinatal comparison, 6 cases of premature rupture of membranes in GDM group, 6 cases of fetal distress in 6 cases of stillbirth, 11 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, 6 cases of premature children, macrosomia in 12 cases, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome 1 case of premature rupture of membranes, 2 cases of fetal distress, 0 cases of stillbirth, 2 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, 2 cases of premature children, 1 case of macrosomia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome 1 case, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Gestational diabetes has a certain impact on maternal and child health. Early comprehensive intervention can reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes, improve maternal and child health and improve pregnancy outcomes.
