大型发电机转子匝间绝缘和槽绝缘一直是发电机质量的关键,其固化定型过去是沿用蒸汽加温模压的办法,严格按工艺要求控制温度和固化时间。而蒸汽经长距离输送后由于管路损失温度变化很大,产品质量得不到保障,有时产生老化(过烧)和固化不好而影响绝缘等级。经我厂研究,提出用电热管加热高温油为载能工质替代蒸汽模压定型的方案,经过筹建形成生产能力,试运行一年多情况良好,其情况如图示:
Large generator rotor turns insulation and slot insulation has always been the key to the quality of the generator, the curing stereotypes in the past is to follow the method of steam heating mold press, strictly in accordance with process control temperature and curing time requirements. The long-distance steam transmission pipe loss due to temperature changes, product quality can not be guaranteed, sometimes aging (over-burning) and poor curing affect the insulation level. After the study of our factory, we put forward the plan of heating the high-temperature oil by using the electric heating tube as a substitute for the steam-compression setting of the working fluid. After the preparatory work to establish the production capacity, the trial operation for more than one year is in good condition.
