今年以来,俄罗斯军事演习活动十分频繁。其中最引人注目的是俄美两国9月上旬联合举行的代号为“维和94”的首长司令部演习。二战后的首次这次联合军事演习从9月2日开始,为期9天。双方参演人员各为250人,多为师、团、营指挥员和参谋人员。参演的实际兵力仅有双方各派出的一个摩托化步兵连和一个保障分队,且只配有自动步枪等轻型武器。学习的课题主要是演练在维持和平行动中俄美两国部队的协同动作,内容包括建立非军事区及控制狙击火力,目的是为了探讨俄美军队协调维持和平行动的方式,提高两国部队执行维
Since this year, Russia’s military exercises have been very frequent. The most notable of these is the head-quarters exercise jointly carried out by the two countries in early September, code-named “peacekeeping 94”. The first post-World War II joint military exercise took place on September 2 for a period of 9 days. The two sides each performed 250 officers, mostly teachers, regiments, battalion commanders and staff officers. The actual strength of the participating forces is only one motorized infantry company and one security unit dispatched by each side, with only light weapons such as automatic rifles. The main task of study is to rehearse the coordinated actions of Russian and U.S. forces in peacekeeping operations, including the establishment of a demilitarized zone and the control of firepower.
