目的:建立降酶丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对成方中白术、女贞子、五味子进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别可明显鉴别白术、女贞子、五味子,芍药苷在0.060 4~0.302 0 g·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=1.22%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
