目前,针对不同类别仪器设备的校准已逐步实现自动化,但是,各自动化校准程序所使用的开发平台各不相同,且互不兼容,无法统一管理。校准流程中的各项信息没有统一的管理平台,无法实现信息的即时查询和管理。为了解决自动化校准工作的标准化和规范化问题以及校准流程中的信息管理问题,设计了一套通用自动化校准与信息管理系统。通过建立数据库,收集校准流程中的各项数据信息,实现信息的即时显示、查询和调用。依据检定规程或校准规范,开发各类设备的自动化校准程序,校准完成后生成格式统一的原始记录并自动生成校准证书。
