一、设想计划管理工作的范围很广。谈到在计划管理中应用计算机,首先想到的自然是网络技术、计划评审技术和运筹学等。但是,把这些方法原封不动地用于工厂设计的计划工作,似乎并不十分顺手。其原因,是由于工厂设计的计划工作有它自己的特点,不同于施工计划。择要列述于下。 1.工厂设计项目多。例如,拿84年来说,我院设计的项目总数为七百多个子项,到年底完成三百多个。 2.工厂设计各项目之间的相关性很小,没有直接的先后关系。各项目安排的先后,不但取决于客户的要求,而且取决于设计条件是否成熟,即使是同一工厂的许多子项也是如此。这样,既无法用公式来计算,也很难用图表来表达。
First, imagine a wide range of planning and management work. When it comes to the use of computers in program management, the first thought is natural network technology, planning review technology and operations research. However, the use of these methods as planned for plant design does not seem to be very smooth. The reason for this is that the planning work of the factory design has its own characteristics and is different from the construction plan. The alternatives should be listed below. 1. There are many factory design projects. For example, for 84 years, the total number of projects designed by our institute is more than 700, and more than 300 will be completed by the end of the year. 2. The correlation between the design of the factories is very small and there is no direct relationship between them. The sequence of each project arrangement depends not only on the customer’s requirements, but also on the maturity of the design conditions, even for many sub-items in the same factory. In this way, neither formulas can be calculated, nor can they be expressed in graphs.
