１９９５～１９９７年采用石蜡切片法对９～１０年生苹果梨的花芽形态分化进行了观察研究。结果是：形态分化分为６个时期，形态分化始期，花蕾分化期，花萼分化期，花瓣分化期，雄蕊分化期，雌蕊分化期；多以雌蕊分化期越冬，翌年３月后开花前形成胚珠、花药，继而形成性细胞。
From 1995 to 1997, paraffin sections were used to observe the flower bud morphological differentiation of apple pears aged from 9 to 10 years. The results were as follows: morphological differentiation was divided into six stages, the beginning of morphological differentiation, bud differentiation, calyx differentiation, petal differentiation, stamen differentiation, pistil differentiation; more pistil differentiation winter, in the following year after flowering to form ovules Anthers, and then form sex cells.
