雷公藤中的主要有效成分之一雷公藤内酯醇,其结构中含有不稳定的三元环醚,易水解开环而降低擦剂的质量,为此,我们应用化学动力学为基础的经典恒温法对雷公藤擦剂的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明雷公藤内酯醇的热稳定性良好,水解反应的活化能E=15.46kcal/mol。计算测定贮存期为870d。
Triptolide, one of the main active ingredients of tripterygium wilfordii, has unstable three-membered cyclic ethers in its structure, and is easily hydrolyzed to open the ring to reduce the quality of the liniment. For this reason, we apply the classical thermodynamics-based classical thermodynamics. The law has studied the stability of tripterygium lignis. The results showed that the thermostability of triptolide was good and the activation energy of the hydrolysis reaction was E = 15.46 kcal/mol. The calculated storage period was 870d.
