城市集中采暖系统中用水为供热介质,以蒸汽的形态,从热源携带热量,经过热网送至用户。蒸汽采暖易满足多种工艺生产用热的需要;蒸汽的比重小,在高层建筑中不致产生过大的静压力;采暖系统易于迅速启动;在换热设备中传热效率较高。但蒸汽在输送和使用过程中热能及热介质损失较多,热源所需补给水不仅量大,而且水质要求也比热网补给水的要求高。
