异物被吞噬细胞吞噬时,通常需要经过细胞膜上受体的识别和粘附,而后被吞噬。现已证实无论是单核还是多核吞噬细胞,其表面均有IgG的Fc和补体C_3等受体。在IgG与C_3的调理下均能增强吞噬细胞的吞噬作用。我们实验室已用放射免疫与酶联免疫法研究吞噬细胞吞噬石英尘过程中表面C_3受体的变化,证明在此吞噬过程中,吞噬细胞C_3受体的活性增高。本实验应用光镜和扫描电镜观察了接触石英尘的吞噬细胞与补体C_3致敏的酵母菌(yeast-C_3简称YC)形成玫瑰花结的形态学特征,并以花环形成率标志吞噬细胞表面C_3受体活性的变化,以了解补体C_3在吞噬过程中的调理作用。
Foreign body phagocytic cells phagocytosis, usually through the cell membrane receptors on the identification and adhesion, and then be swallowed. It has been confirmed that either mononuclear or multinucleated phagocytic cells, the surface of IgG Fc and complement C3 and other receptors. Under the regulation of IgG and C_3 can enhance phagocytic phagocytosis. Our laboratory has used radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to study the changes of surface C_3 receptors during phagocytosis of quartz dust by phagocytes, demonstrating that phagocytic C_3 receptor activity increases during phagocytosis. In this experiment, morphological characteristics of rosettes formed by phagocytes contacting with quartz dust and yeast C_3 sensitized with yeast-C_3 were observed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the formation rate of rosette marked the appearance of C_3 Receptor activity in order to understand the role of complement C_3 in phagocytosis.
